Auditory trace conditioning in head fixed mice

The auditory trace conditioning paradignm is based on a reward behaviour of the mouse. We can measure licking patterns after the mouse was expose to different sounds, each of which is associated with a reward/non-reward consition. We have already used this paradigm with tetrodes recodings and voltage sensitive imaging. Soon we will also be implementing it using neuropixels.
